    We welcome patients' friends and family.

Come on in.

We believe that having loved ones nearby lifts spirits, brightens moods and improves healing. However, everyone's safety, there are a few things to consider when coming by to say hello.

Visiting Policies

General Visiting Hours
8 a.m. - 8 p.m., Daily

Medical and Surgical Patients

  • Visiting Hours: Open visiting
  • 2 visitors per patient at one time.
  • Children under 12 years of age may visit when accompanied by an adult.

Critical Care Unit and Intensive Care Unit

  • Visitors are restricted to immediate family only.
  • Two visitors per patient at one time after checking with the nurse.
  • Children under 12 years of age may visit only when special arrangements have been made with the nurse in charge of the unit.
  • Visitors shall be screened for infectious diseases before entering the patient's room.

Exceptions: On the day of surgery, two visitors are allowed to be with the patient in the Pre-Operative Holding Area. Children 12 years of age and older may visit when accompanied by an adult. State regulations prohibit visitors in the Recovery Room.

The nurse may request a visitor to be present at a time other than the stated times for health teaching purposes, for a family conference or to remain with a seriously ill patient. Please feel free to request exceptions with the patient’s nurse if you believe there is a need.
