December 6, 2011 - James Cecil, D.O., Board Certified in Obstetrics, has moved his obstetrics practice office from the 4th floor of the Cottage Medical Plaza - Seminary Building to the 5th floor. Dr. Cecil has joined Cottage OB/GYN Services with Tommy West, M.D., Board Certified in Gynecology. Dr. Cecil is now seeing patients in Suite 501 of the Cottage Medical Plaza-Seminary Building. Both physicians are members of the medical staff at Galesburg Cottage Hospital and provide the women of Western Illinois area with over 50 years of combined medical experience.
